100cm Carbon HD High Pressure Gauge Hose

Carbon HD high pressure hoses are approved according to the EN250 standard.
Standard fitttings: M 7/16" UNF, F 7/16" UNF
Working Pressure: 300 Bar
Outside Diameter: 7.5mm

Test Results
Burst Test Pressure: > 2,000 Bar (EN250 requirement >1250 Bar)
Pull-out test: > 250kg (EN250 requirement >100Kg)

As the name suggest this will be Carbon Black in colour.

HP hoses seal internally to gauges/consoles/transmitters
This seal is supplied seperately (example code HL303V)

Please ensure when using these hoses you have a suitable swivel pin / airspool (example product code HL303V).
This is standard for most gauges, consoles & transmiters.

If you do not use a swivel pin (HL303V or similar) your HP hose will leak as you have not made the internal seal required.

If using a hose to a transmitter or gauge that does not accept a swivel pin you may require an adaptor (such as HL403).

We would strongly recommend that installation is made only by a competant service engineer or via your dive store/service centre.
